The
International Office is here to help you make the most of your time at Huaihua
and deal with any problems you may encounter.
Arrival
and welcome
During
the main arrival weekend in September our teams of student assistants will be
at Huaihua Railway Station to welcome you to Huaihua, answer your questions and
direct you to school shuttle bus, local bus and taxi. You will then join the
welcome programme – a week-long series of events, with information sessions on
academic matters, finance, health and immigration, local tours and a big
welcome party to meet other international students.
Help
and advice
The
International Office can provide advice on immigration, finance and living in China,
or just offer a friendly face if you feel like you need someone to talk to. We
have dedicated student advisors with overseas experiences ready to assist you
in every aspect of life at Huaihua.
Social
events
We want
you to enjoy every minute of your time at Huaihua, and the International Office
runs social events throughout the year so you can learn about different
cultures and experience the Chinese way of life. Whether it's a coach trip to Fenghuang
Ancient Town or a cultural celebration on campus, our social events are a
chance to relax, have fun and meet new friends from around the world.

support services are open to you throughout your stay at Huaihua and our aim is
